The Daemon Sultan faction does not come with the Azathoth Die. This was a misprint in the Daemon Sultan faction booklet and rulebook. The Azathoth die is only available in the optional Custom Dice Pack.
The roll can be made using a regular D6 by adding +2 to the roll.
