Unfortunately the captcha spinning and not loading is not an issue on our end that we can fix, as the captcha is just a standard Google captcha embedded by Freshdesk, the support system we use. The issue is usually related to something with your computer/browser/network connection, although it could be any one of those things and is beyond our ability to diagnose. We urge you to look up the issue you are having with the captcha on the internet (ie: I Am Not A Robot captcha keeps spinning) and try some of the solutions you find there to fix it on your end.

Here are a few things you can try. 

  1. Try a different browser, if you are on a computer try a mobile browser and vice versa.

  2. Try a different computer or mobile device.

  3. Clear your browser cache (you will need to look up how to do this for your browser)

  4. If you are using the ticket form on our pledge manager website try submitting a ticket here: https://petersengames.com/support/

  5. Lastly try the alternate way below to submit a ticket without using the captcha.

There is an alternate way to submit a new ticket that does not require a captcha. It takes a few steps, but in the long run it's actually worth doing as it give you access to the support ticket portal.

  1. If you do not have an account on our website https://petersengames.com/ you will need to go to this page: https://petersengames.com/my-account/ and create an account. If you have ever submitted a support ticket previously make sure to use the same e-mail address as it will link your Petersen Games account to your previous freshdesk tickets. If you already have a Petersen Games account, then go to the my account page https://petersengames.com/my-account/  and log in.

  2. After you have logged in on the Petersen Games website, you need to go to the following URL: https://petersengames.freshdesk.com/support/home This is our knowledge base and support ticket portal page. If you look in the top right corner of that page, it should say Welcome (whatever your user name is). If not you will need to try logging in again at https://petersengames.com/my-account/

  3. Once you are logged in and have gone back to the https://petersengames.freshdesk.com/support/home page, click on the tab on the portal page that says "Tickets" and from here you can see any open ticket you may have submitted previously using that e-mail address, (you can see closed tickets from the drop down menu) You can then submit a new ticket using the link at the top that says: "+ New Support Ticket." This should not require you to use a captcha.
