We are aware the the Captcha for the Ticket form is not working with the Safari web browser. This is an issue with the Freshdesk support system and we have notified them of the issue. Unfortunately it is an issue that Freshdesk will have to fix on their side. In the meantime we ask that our customer who use Mac OS and Safari please use a different browser to create tickets until Freshdesk can resolve the issue.
