We always try to get back to our customers within 48 hours (unless it is a weekend or holiday) and very rarely an e-mail reply doesn't make it through to the ticket system for various reasons, and we don't know you have responded. If you have replied back to a support ticket by e-mail but have not heard back from us within 48 hours and it not a weekend or holiday, please try the following solutions:
- Double check the e-mails in your sent box was addressed and sent to the e-mail PGSupport@PetersenGames.com.
- Log into or create your account here: https://petersengames.com/my-account/ making sure you are using the same e-mail address you used to create the ticket. Once you have logged in you should see links to the tickets you have created that are associated with your e-mail address and now your account. You can then click on your ticket and use the web interface to write back to us again.
- As a last resort, create a new ticket to let us know that you have not heard back from us yet.
