If your game has any missing/damaged parts and you bought it from our web store, through one of our Kickstarters, or through an authorized retailer, please submit a ticket letting us know what is missing or damaged. If your parts are damaged, we do request that you attach a photo of the damaged items to the ticket so that we have that for our records.
Replacement parts are sent out as we have them to send. Sometimes we are sold out of a part and we will need to source it before we can send it to you. If we cannot get the part, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to find a amicable solution.
We are a small company and it can take time for replacement parts to be sent out. So we appreciate your patience as we work to get them to you.
All replacement parts are sent via USPS. We cover the cost of shipping, however if you move please keep us updated as to your current address by replying back to the ticket you created when requesting the replacements. If we ship a replacement and it is returned to us due to the wrong address, you will be required to pay to have it re-shipped to the correct one. Customers outside of the United States are responsible for any duties, taxes and customs fees imposed by the destination country.
