If your game has any missing/damaged parts and you bought it from our web store, through one of our Kickstarters, or through an authorized retailer, please submit a ticket letting us know what is missing or damaged. If your parts are damaged, we do request that you attach a photo of the damaged items to the ticket so that we have that for our records. We are unable to replace cards and other paper game components if they have scratches or dents that do not impede gameplay.


Replacement parts are sent out as we have they are available. We are only able to supply replacements or missing pieces within a month of receiving your order, so please check your purchase as soon as you receive them. Many of our games have very small overruns of extra copies produced and once we run out, we will no longer be able to provide replacements or missing pieces for it. 


We are a small company and it can take time for replacement parts to be sent out. So we appreciate your patience as we work to get them to you.


All replacement parts are sent via USPS. We cover the cost of shipping, however if you move please  keep us updated as to your current address by replying back to the ticket you created when requesting the replacements. If we ship a replacement and it is returned to us due to the wrong address, you will be required to pay to have it re-shipped to the correct one. Customers outside of the United States are responsible for any duties, taxes and customs fees imposed by the destination country.
