The Corona Virus Pandemic is affecting everyone around the world. It is affecting how we work and how we take care of our children, who are home and not able to be in school. Because of this we are temporarily changing our customer support response time from "within 48 hours" to "within 3-5 days". Most likely we will respond well before that time, but this change gives us a little bit of leeway as we try to juggle work and our family during this unusual time.
