To create a ticket from the portal/knowledge base page you must log in or create an account on the Petersen Games website here: https://petersengames.com/my-account/ 


If you are already logged in on the account page, but you are not logged in on the support portal/knowledge base page, you may have to log out and back in for our website’s plugin to allow Freshdesk to use your Petersen Games login for the support portal/knowledge base. You should only have to do this once and then you can submit and track tickets from the support portal/knowledge base.


You can also go to this page on the Petersen Games website and submit a ticket here: https://petersengames.com/support/  However you won't be able to track your ticket on the website until you create a petersengames.com account or log in and out of your account if you are already logged in.
