Petersen Games Customer Support Corona Virus/Covid-19 update.
The Corona Virus Pandemic is affecting everyone around the world. It is affecting how we work and how we take care of our children, who are home and not able to be in school. Because of this we are temporarily changing our customer support response time from "within 48 hours" to "within 3-5 days". Most likely we will respond well before that time, but this change gives us a little bit of leeway as we try to juggle work and our family during this unusual time. Once things go back to normal, we will change back our response time to 48 hours. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

If you create a ticket, we normally get back to you within 3-5 days, with the exception of weekends and holidays. If it is a particularly busy period, it may take a little longer for us to respond, but we will get back you. We appreciate your patience and we will work with you to make sure that you are a satisfied customer.
