By confirming your order, you agree that this sale is final, and no refunds will be issued except at our absolute discretion. You further acknowledge that the final look, materials, and content of the order (and the project) are subject to change and may differ from what is presented on Kickstarter.

You agree that our responsibility to you is to ship your order as entered into our pledge manager system, that title and risk passes to you upon delivery to a common carrier for such shipment, and you are responsible for import duties or any other duties that may be payable to the relevant tax authorities.

Typically, import fees are paid up front as part of your shipping costs (which is what “friendly shipping” means). These include the following countries and regions, The United States, Canada, Members of the European Union, China, Australia, and New Zealand. However, there are countries where regulations prevent advance payment by a third party, and you may be responsible to pay customs taxes directly.** Shipping costs for Members of the European Union will also include VAT. United States customers will be charged sales tax in the pledge manager based on their state and local tax laws.

**These countries include but are not limited to the following: Albania, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Burkina Faso, Faroe Islands, Iceland Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Korea, Kosovo, Kuwait, Macedonia, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Niger, Norway, Pakistan, Portugal, Qatar, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, South Africa, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine, the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom. Due to the variety of different ways that countries handle import fees, all customers are responsible for knowing what import fees they may be required to pay, and you order at your own risk, not ours. We have asked the warehouses we contract to provide the correct information on customs forms, however customers will still be responsible for any fees charged by their country, even if the custom's form was filled out incorrectly by the warehouse. If delivery is refused by the customer you may be forfeiting your order if it isn't returned back to us. If we do receive the shipment back, the customer will need to re-pay the shipping costs to have it re-shipped. 

We no longer ship directly to Central, and South American countries (including Brazil), If you live in one of those areas, we require that you have your product shipped to an address of someone you know outside of Central and South America who plans on traveling there to deliver it to you, or that can arrange to have it delivered to you themselves.

You are also responsible for providing correct address information and ensuring this address is deliverable by normal methods.
